BOYS & GIRLS BBQ/FUNDRAISER

2023 HAUPPAUGE YOUTH LACROSSE (BOYS & GIRLS) END OF THE YEAR BBQ & FUNDRAISER
We are continuing the long tradition of celebrating the end of the year with the family BBQ; however, this event will serve as our main fundraiser for both the Boys and Girls Programs.
All are welcome to attend, so please invite your extended family and friends to join in the fun and celebration. We have a great evening planned filled with a dunk tank, fastest shot contest, accuracy contest, tug of war, DJ, BBQ, refreshments, desserts, and a whole lot of great raffles such as a YETI Roadie 48 Wheeled Cooler, LaxWorx Hard Wall Bounce back, personal lessons by professional and collegiate players, and many more.
We have expenses for this event, therefore we are asking a modest fee for an adult or child. Children age 3 and under are free.
Pre-registration fee is discounted to $10 for an adult or child.
The fee at the event is at full price $20 per adult or child.
Additionally, if you would like to pledge a donation to the program you will also be also to do that as well when you register. If you have a business or would like to donate a service or item for a raffle, please let us know in the comments field in the registration or contact hauppaugelax@gmail.com.
We are really looking forward to a positive showing of support from our lacrosse community at this event. Please note that all proceeds will be reinvested into the Boys and Girls Lacrosse Programs. This is your opportunity to celebrate the past season, make memories with teammates and families as well as make a contribution to the betterment of the program.
