Hauppauge Lacrosse is undergoing some exciting changes in 2023.  The boys and girls programs have made a decision to unite and will now be under 1 banner (Hauppauge Lacrosse), 1 website (www.hauppaugelacrosse.com), 1 logo, 1 shared vision - supporting our athletes and growing lacrosse in Hauppauge.  We are calling our community to share their talents and passion to develop our program by establishing a Board to help guide and shape the growth of the program.  You do not need to have a child in the program to be considered.  Submitting the application does not guarantee you will be selected.
 
Board meetings will be held at a minimum of twice a year.  Meetings will consist of establishing a budget, planning events, fundraising, registration and overall program growth.
 
All positions are volunteer based, where you will be assisting in the organization of the youth lacrosse program for both girls and boys.  Your time and effort will be taken into consideration and greatly appreciated.
 
The Board application deadline is Monday, February 6th.

Legal Counsel
Registration Coordinator: managing registration and communications platform, i.e. SportsEngine
Fundraising and event planning committee
Director of Coaching
Secretary: capturing Board meeting notes, sending email communications and filing field permits
Field Coordinator/Maintenance
Team Store: ordering uniforms and managing team store merchandise
Webmaster: updating website as necessary
Graphic Design: logo creator, apparel design, and clinic, events and program flyer design
Marketing:  manage social media and ParentSquare communication; ongoing position
Photographer
Videographer
General Volunteer
